Welcome to Hephatha Lutheran School!
We provide an accredited, faith-based education for children from Early Childhood through 8th grade. With small class sizes, dedicated teachers, and Christ at the heart of every lesson, we nurture the whole child academically, spiritually, and personally.

Father’s Night it’s such a beloved tradition at Hephatha! Dad’s, Grandpa‘s, uncles and more gather together in costume to carve pumpkins, trick-or-treat at the K-4th classrooms, and then end of the night with donuts and milk served by the Principal!

Planning is underway for our annual Trunk or Treat! We are excited to host this fun tradition on October 30th from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm for our students and families, and we would love for your family to participate!
In order to hold the event, we need to have enough volunteers to make it possible. The sign-up deadline is October 19th. We hope you’ll consider joining us and helping make this year’s Trunk or Treat a fun and memorable event for our students!

You can park in the CRC marinas in the upper right hand corner of this picture. There is a fee for parking.
From there, we will cross the bridge and walk around Balboa Island; it’s about 3 miles.
Afterward, please join us for tacos on the beach at Primecut Taqueria in Huntington Beach.

Hephatha’s Early Childhood students are learning all about their sense of touch as a part of October’s curriculum. From finger painting, to shaving cream tables, to taking the seeds out of a pumpkin, these kiddos are learning everything from slimy to squishy, and everything in between!
