Priority Enrollment
What if my child is placed on your waiting list?
If your child is placed on the waiting list, you will not make a registration payment online via FACTs© until if/when a spot becomes available for your student; if an opening becomes available, you will be contacted to continue the next steps in the admissions process.
If your child is placed on the waiting list, you will not make a registration payment online via FACTs© until if/when a spot becomes available for your student; if an opening becomes available, you will be contacted to continue the next steps in the admissions process.
Because Hephatha’s registration is non-refundable and non-transferrable, if your child is placed in your 2nd place program, you can either a) move forward with the admissions process for that program, while wait-listing for your 1st choice program, or b) remain on the waitlist for your 1st choice program only. Please let us know right away if you do not want to secure your registration payment for your 2nd choice program, and that you would like to remain on the waitlist only for your 1st choice program.
Hephatha’s registration is rolling, meaning we enroll all year long as space becomes available, through the end of February 2023.
Wait-listed families are automatically added to the Priority Enrollment list for the 2023-2024 academic year.
You may contact us at any time to forfeit your spot on the waiting list – in this case, we will shred your registration form, or, you may come to our Administration Office to pick it up and dispose of it independently.
